The hotel was reasonably priced and well-organized. The staff, from the front desk to the security guard, were exceptionally courteous. The location of the property was unbeatable, perfect in the middle of everything. Had tea and goodies at Starbucks just 1 mile from the hotel. Truly enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel has brand-new and bright rooms with a nice bathroom with a bathtub, a bar, a bathtub.

Fancy hotel with good facilities. Very efficient staff. Rooms were brand-new and well-kept. Particularly nice views. Optimal location close to other places of interest. Short way from a Major League Baseball ballpark.

Great location and very accomidating staff. Good value. Make sure to visit The Pratt Street Ale House just a few steps away.

The prices at the restaurant were fair, and they had a bar, where I enjoyed warm meals, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location and room care

Our room had a comfortable bed and a nice view. The location was optimal, so close to the inner harbor and many restaurants. Very close to the Ravens stadium, Orioles, inner harbor, and Basilica. Furthermore, it's very close to the congress center.

We went to the Raven / Steelers game. It was a short distance from the hotel.

Everything was acceptable.

The room was well-kept, brand-new, and reasonably priced with 2 queen beds. Perfect location in the Inner Harbor district, close to the theater and restaurants.

The quality of the staff, friendly, polite and courteous.

Parking rules. On day of checkout if car is garage after noontime , you pay an extra day. I checked in at 8pm. I should be able to checkout before 8pm and not incurr an extra days parking fee.

The room was updated and had good basic amenities. Clean facilities included ample channels and a heating system. Conveniently located in a central setting, easy to walk to the Baltimore conference center. Numerous dining options nearby, such as the Lexington Market just a 5-minute walk away.

The clenliness of the room was aweful! In a word....NASTY.

The room was basic but updated and reasonably priced. The hotel had an attractive ambience throughout. The location is magnificent, just a 10-15 minute walk from a public aquarium. Plus, the room had an ice maker and a microwave.

It was inexpensive and close to Inner Harbor

I went there with my husband, 18 year old son and 8 year old daughter. Granted I know hotels are noisy but seriously from 10:15pm to 3:45am I heard people yelling, laughing and carrying on through the hallways... I thought don't they know people are trying to sleep here?????
